May updates: Cinco de Mayo menu

As I mentioned before, we love Mexican food. Here is our Cinco de Mayo menu. It was a joint effort because everybody pitched in :)

Chips & dips
Corn dip
Taquitos
Taco salad bowl
Shrimp
Tacos (taco shells, tortillas, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, avocado, salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, ground beef)
Rice
Refried beans
Mixed fruit salad
Tres Leches Cake
Margaritas, Beer

I also had few games for the kids: the sack race and the parachute game!
