February updates: the V-Day and Fredericksburg

For the Valentine's Day we decided to go to Uncle Billy's at the Lake and celebrate early to avoid the crowds on the actual V-Day. It was delicious! We discovered some tasty sauces in there, and had to get some as gifts for our family.

Our B&B in Fredericksburg.

Actually, I can't call it a B&B, since the breakfast venues offered were few restaurants couple miles away.. It was interesting to explore the town on our own. It can definitely be done in a 1 day trip from Austin (2 hour drive each way). But thank you Maureen, Bruce, Katie, Tim, Felicity and Patrick for giving us an opportunity to get away for a night!
