February updates

Not very many updates for February. We were super busy selling the furniture and preparing both houses for sale. Whew, I am glad it's over with! We had an awesome Real Estate agent who not only sold both houses at the highest value, but also helped with staging and interior/exterior decorating! The pictures for the staged houses are coming in the next posts.
