June updates: our project list

We had lots of projects in mind since buying our house over Christmas. We have added more once we moved in. Here it goes:

1. Upgrade the shower from fiberglass to tile - DONE;
2. Upgrade the mantel to include the shelf and wall-in the above area - DONE;
3. Build 2 sections of the cedar fence and the rest - aluminum;
4. Pond: drain, clean, trim the bushes - this one is ongoing;
5. Fix kids' bathroom lock - DONE;
6. Hang cabinet doors over the fridge - the fridge space was shorter than standard;
7. Paint downstairs walls - lots of spots to fix;
8. Kids' bathroom: paint, hang the towel holders;
9. Organize the garage - DONE;
10. Move the pergola;
11. Replace 2 kitchen can light bulbs & fluorescent lights;
12. Order and set up the office shelves - DONE;
13. Paint the house outside;
14. Paint the front door & replace the hardware;
15. Spray - paint Olivia's ceiling fan/ light - DONE;
16. Make Olivia's window seat;
17. Replace the patio screen door;
18. Remove the spa & fix the deck;
19. Paint the deck and the fence;
20. Tune sprinklers;
21. Fertilize grass - this is ongoing
